We are all born sinners & our payment for our sin is death. BUT… God has given us a free gift of eternal life through Jesus if we choose to receive it! God LOVES us so much that He sent Jesus to be the ultimate payment for our sin! Jesus was the sinless son of God sent to die on the cross, take on our sin, and rise from the grave 3 days later! This gives us the opportunity for forgiveness and salvation through Jesus! Sin separates us from God, but Jesus paid the price for our sin, giving us a chance to be close to God forever!

“For if you publicly declare with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will experience salvation.” Romans 10:9a TPT

“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:13 NIV

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9

If you realize you are a sinner and being a good person just isn’t enough, then NOW is the time to call on Jesus! The Bible says that if we believe that Jesus died on the cross and was resurrected and if we confess with our mouth that Jesus is the new King of our lives then we are saved! Choosing Jesus means we receive His free gift of salvation & we are no longer separated from God! We are now His kids, and He is our Father & one day we will live in heaven with Him forever! This is the BEST decision you could ever make!

“So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.” Colossians 2:6-7 NIV

At church, talk with a pastor about water baptism, how to get connected, and about the Holy Spirit that now lives in you to empower you to live out this life for Jesus!
